By participating in Trifecta Gaming Ltd “Spin Dating Giveaway” Promotion (the “Promotion”), made available on Trifecta Gaming Ltd.’s LinkedIn account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including rules on prize eligibility, data processing, and participant conduct.
The Promotion is open to participants from the following countries: Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Bulgaria (BG), Cyprus (CY), Czechia (CZ), Denmark (DK), Estonia (EE), Finland (FI), France (FR), Germany (DE), Greece (GR), Hungary (HU), Ireland (IE), Italy (IT), Latvia (LV), Liechtenstein (LI), Lithuania (LT), Luxembourg (LU), Malta (MT), Netherlands (NL), Poland (PL), Portugal (PT), Romania (RO), Slovakia (SK), Slovenia (SI), Spain (ES), Sweden (SE), Switzerland (CH), United Kingdom (GB) (“Participating Countries”).
The organizer is Trifecta Gaming Ltd, a private limited company under Maltese law, with its registered office at Northlink Business Centre, Level 2, Triq Burmarrad, Naxxar NXR (“the Sponsor”).
A prize will be awarded to the winning participant (“Winner”) selected by the Sponsor.
Conditions for participation
The date and the time of registration must be within the Promotion Period stated above.
Participation in the Promotions limited to a single entry per person. Each participant may only make one (1) entry using one (1) LinkedIn account.
Participation is voluntary and requires the following actions:
- Following Trifecta Gaming’s LinkedIn account;
- Comment the name of the character you think is single below our post,
Participation in the Promotion is open only to natural persons that are 18 years or older.
Employees of the Sponsor and of all affiliated companies, subsidiaries and advertising/promotion agencies and their immediate family members are barred from participation.
In the event the participant wishes to withdraw from the Promotion, they must send a direct message on LinkedIn with the subject line ‘Spin Dating Giveaway exclusion’ and include their relevant participant details.
Incorrect, incomplete, late, or improperly addressed entries will not be processed. The Sponsor is not liable for technical or network failures.
Breach of these Terms results in automatic disqualification and forfeiture of any prize claims.
Prize
Valentine’s themed gift box from Fauchon, one of France’s finest gourmet houses with an estimated value of €120.
Winner responsibilities:
- Give the sponsor the correct shipping address for the gift box to be sent to.
- Must be aged 18+.
Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from Friday 6th February 2026 at 2:00 PM CET until Wednesday 11th February 2026 at 4:00 PM CET. At the close of the Promotion Period, the Sponsor will select the Winners from all eligible entries that have met the required steps.
Winners will be notified by email, telephone, or LinkedIn private message on the following day, using the contact details provided in the entry form. Mobile messaging or data charges may apply depending on your carrier. Winners must respond within 24 business hours of notification. Failure to respond within this time may result in forfeiture of the prize, in which case the Sponsor may select an alternate Winner from remaining eligible entries, up to three (3) attempts.
Once eligibility is confirmed, the Sponsor will provide prize arrangement details. In case of a dispute regarding a Winner’s identity, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the LinkedIn profile used at entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to that account.
Prize restrictions and winner conduct
- Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, unless the Sponsor substitutes one of equal or greater value.
- Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and may need to complete tax forms.
- No refunds or credit for unused parts of the prize.
- Refer to the product ingredients for allergies before consumption, Trifecta Gaming cannot be held responsible for any allergies.
Publicity Consent and Use of Images
Winner must agree to be mentioned in a post on Trifecta Gaming’s LinkedIn page.
Data Collection and Protection
The Sponsor or its affiliates will collect only the personal data winners and their voluntarily provide in connection with the Promotion. It may include, but not be limited to full name, home address, phone number, email address for the winning participants.
Personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of verifying eligibility, having the box shipped as part of the Prize, and, where applicable, complying with legal or regulatory requirements. Participants’ data will not be used for marketing purposes without explicit, informed consent.
Liability and Release of Claims
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor, its affiliates, and any third-party service providers involved in this Promotion shall not be liable for:
- Food allergies. Winner should refer to the product ingredients for allergies before consumption.
- Issues in the box shipment due to various reasons: wrong address, shipping company mistake etc
- Any indirect damage
- Lost, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected entries or communications;
- Technical failures, hardware/software errors, data loss, or internet/network issues;
- Force Majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions) that prevent continuation of the Promotion.
In all cases, the Sponsor’s liability shall be limited to direct damages only and shall not exceed the actual value of the Prize in question.
Participants agree to release, discharge, and indemnify the Sponsor and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (the “Releasees”) from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of:
- Participation in the Promotion;
- Use or misuse of the Prize;
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time, including in the event of fraud, technical failure, or legal/regulatory issues.
Updated Terms will be published on the relevant website with a stated effective date.
Any suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation may be reported to the relevant authorities and result in immediate disqualification.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
